By accessing and using Telemetry Drops services, including the website, courses, educational materials, and other products offered, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Telemetry Drops offers courses, training, and educational materials related to OpenTelemetry (OTel) and observability technologies. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Online courses about OpenTelemetry
• Educational materials and technical guides
• Specialized consulting
• Free content on our blog and media channels

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Telemetry Drops of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content made available through our services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Telemetry Drops or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Reproduction, distribution, display, transmission, commercialization, or any other use of content without prior written authorization from Telemetry Drops is strictly prohibited.

Telemetry Drops shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@telemetrydrops.com before the 14-day period expires.

If you cancel within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

Some of our products include human-driven services, such as live instructor-led sessions and interactive workshops. The right to cancel does not apply to services that have already been fully performed with your prior consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting of the revised terms. We recommend that you periodically review these terms to stay informed about any updates.

These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with German law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
